Come and enjoy all of the benefits of yoga, including: increased strength and flexibility, improved balance and coordination, and a wonderful sense of calm and wellbeing. This class incorporates the physical practice of yoga, as well as meditation and pranayama (breath work).
Firstly we focus on the physical practice; finding the correct posture and strength within the poses. We then start to weave the poses together into a dynamic, flowing routine, moving with the breath. The class finishes with relaxation and meditation, allowing the body to absorb and integrate the benefits of the practice.
