Our sessions begin with interval training, which involves working flat out for 30 seconds at a time. Exercising in this way strengthens the cardio vascular system, increases your metabolism and fat-burning mechanisms, and can trigger an afterburner effect that keeps those benefits going for 24-48 hours!
During the second part of the class we focus more on stretching, strengthening, core work and balance exercises, similar to Yoga and Pilates. These exercises build strength from the inside out and improve the mind body connection.
The session ends with breathing and relaxation exercises to cool down the body and calm the mind.
