At the Coddenham Centre we are proud to make the very best of the facilities we offer.

When the charity acquired the premises in 2019 we found a very under utilised professional kitchen. We set out to make the most of it. Since 2020 that kitchen, based in Coddenham, near Ipswich in Suffolk has not only successfully supported regular private and public events, but helped several new and established businesses develop and nurture their creative cooking and food preparation.

Artisan cooks have become successful, using local ingredients and minimising food miles.

‘Cooked in Coddenham’ is now a new associated brand we are applying to our culinary activities, which as a valued customer, you are welcome to copy and use.

The Coddenham Centre commercial kitchen was to be pivotal in the next stage of GoodTGo’s  growth. Goodtogo is my small business, we produce award winning granola and we had outgrown our home Kitchen. Working in a professional kitchen gave me the chance to recruit and employ a small team to join me. It’s a great space, loads of room, enough to bake, cool and package our products. A friendly environment, a warm smile never too far away from the team and other users of the centre, always passing comments of the lovely smells we produced. Felt like we were part of the community and I shall I miss that.

Onwards and upwards to the next stage for us as we move into our own premise’s but for anyone else wanting to take the leap with their business I highly recommend a call to Gail and the team to use this fabulous facility.
