WORKOUT WALKS
Mondays from December 7th
9.30am-11.30am approx
A longer (5 miles /8kms +) faster-paced walk, exclusively for those who have learned the full “INWA Ten Step Method” and wish to go for a real cardio-vascular workout.
WELLNESS WALKS
Tuesdays from December 8th
9.45 -11.00 approx
A gentler-paced, shorter walk (approx 2-3 miles/5 kms) suitable for Nordic Walkers at all levels.
WEDNESDAY WALKS
Wednesdays from December 9th
9.45 – 11am approx
A flexible walk of approximately 3 miles, depending on the groups preferences and suitable for all levels.
WEEKEND WALKS
Saturdays from December 12th
9.45 – 11am approx
A gentler-paced, weekend walk (approx 3 miles/5 kms) suitable for Nordic Walkers at all levels.
Please Note:
- Group numbers will be limited to comply with government and insurance requirements and for the comfort and safety of all, therefore places must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Poles are available to hire for all walks.
