Regular 6 week courses of ‘Pilates with Tracy’ are run in the Hall Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings to suit different levels of ability

Tuesday 7:30pm – Mixed ability Pilates
Level 2. For Experienced Beginners and Intermediates
Friday 11:15am – Gentle Pilates
Level 1. For Beginners and for general wellness.
