Pilates at The Coddenham Centre

Pilates is about trying to achieve the optimum balance of strength and flexibility throughout the body.

To ultimately have a strong lean physique and/or alleviate pain or injuries associated with muscle imbalances, or stress.

It should bring a greater understanding and improved awareness of the how your mind and body work together with the Breath to achieve a strong flexible and healthy body.

Regular 6 week courses of ‘Pilates with Tracy’ are run in the Hall Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings to suit different levels of ability

Tuesday 6:15pm – Pilates for Fitness 

Level 3. For the Experienced Intermediate

Tuesday 7:30pm – Mixed ability Pilates 

Level 2. For Experienced Beginners and Intermediates

Friday 11:15am – Gentle Pilates 

Level 1. For Beginners and for general wellness.
