Regular 6 week courses of ‘Pilates with Tracy’ are run in the Centre Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings to suit different levels of ability
Tuesday 6:00pm – Level 3 Pilates – For experienced intermediates (more experience and a stronger practice required).
A class focusing on general wellness via core stability, flexibility, stronger more stable joints and relaxation.
Tuesday 7:15pm – Level 2 Pilates for intermediates (some experience required)
Tracy offers a layered approach to the various exercises in this mixed ability class, so that you can work at your own level.
Friday 11:15am – Level 1 – Gentle Pilates for All.
A gentle Pilates class for all levels, again focusing on general wellness via core stability, flexibility, stronger more stable joints and relaxation.
