Pilates is about trying to achieve the optimum balance of strength and flexibility throughout the body. 

To ultimately have a strong lean physique and/or alleviate pain or injuries associated with muscle imbalances, or stress.
It should bring a greater understanding and improved awareness of the how your mind and body work together with the Breath to achieve a strong flexible and healthy body. 

Regular 6 week courses of ‘Pilates with Tracy’ are run in the Hall Tuesday evenings to suit different levels of ability

6:15pm Pilates for Fitness (For the Experienced Intermediate) 

7:30pm Pilates the Basics (For Beginners and Improvers)
