Starting 24th March, come along and join my gentle and restorative Chair Yoga class on Tuesday mornings 10-11AM at The Coddenham Centre.
It is designed for all ages and fitness levels. This class offers a series of seated and supported stretches, breathing exercises, and gentle movements to improve flexibility, increase circulation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. At the end of the session, you can enjoy a cup of tea, to help unwind, connect and embrace mindfulness, to create calmness, presence and inner peace.
Enjoy a holistic experience that rejuvenates both body and mind. No prior yoga experience is needed. Just bring your comfort and openness to have some time for yourself in a supportive environment.
