Yin yoga uses gravity paired with body weight to gradually expand the connective tissue ~ A passive practice performed while sitting or lying down.
Staying in poses for longer soothes and calms the mind.
For this practice you will need a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket-also a bolster if you have one, or rolled up sleeping bag or blanket,
Advice is not to eat 1-2 hours before practice.
