Nordic Walking courses have proved extemely popular at The Coddenham Centre since their hugely succesful introduction and follow up tasters and courses in 2019. The Coddenham Centre now has a resident British Nordic Walking qualified instructor and a comprehensive set of Nordic Walking training options.

Advantages of Nordic Walking

We are now working with British Nordic Walking,  the UK body affiliated to the International Nordic Walking Federation (INWA), using their ‘Ten Step’™ approach the Suffolk School of Nordic Walking provide a sound basis for all participants to enjoy all of the benefits of Nordic Walking.
