CoronaVirus – Covid19
An Update for Customers, Stakeholders and Community served by The Coddenham Centre.
Following both the latest Government guidelines and consultation with stakeholders and suppliers, we are regrettably postponing all Centre promoted events until further notice.
These include the Race Night 18th April, Table Top Sale 17th May, Coddenham Fete 4th July and Quiz Night 18th July. We will consider our Octoberfest and Christmas programme, later this year. The situation will be continuously reviewed and we intend to reschedule all dates, if possible. Meanwhile, ticket purchases can be refunded at the point of sale.
The Summer Ball booking and remaining season’s CAFC football fixtures have been cancelled.
The Coddenham Centre nonetheless remains open for your discretionary hire and activities, subject to ongoing advice and the recommended precautions. All bookings will be honoured unless clearly ignoring the current guidelines, when we will recommend cancellation. Our commercial kitchen also remains available.
You should go to www.thecoddenhamcentre.co.uk for the latest updates or contact our Centre Manager, Trust Chairman or Treasurer. A new comment and question area has been added to our home page, Coronavirus bulletin.
Discretionary use will extend to all outdoor activities and we are encouraging the continued use of our open spaces, subject to the recommended distancing and cleaning of equipment.
Our premises cleaning and sanitisation programme continues before and after all use. All users are asked to take the recommended precautions when visiting the premises.
The Coddenham Centre CIO intends to use this challenging period to progress its strategic development plans and prepare for a future re-launch, once this tragic crisis has run its course.
We thank you for your understanding and continued support.
