A special 4 week Pregnancy Yoga course begins at The Coddenham Centre, near Ipswich, this June.

During this Pregnancy Yoga course you will:
- Relieve discomfort such as back ache through gentle, appropriate movements and stretching.
- Lay the foundation for more comfortable rest and sleep.
- Connect to the power of your breath (for birth and beyond).
- Build strength as you learn how to support your growing body’s needs
- Support the joints and improve circulation
- Calm your nervous system and boost emotional wellbeing during a time where mental health is equally as precious as physical wellness.
- Enjoy a calm, quiet space to connect with your baby.
Starting on Tuesday 9th June, the course runs for 4 weeks, 5.30pm – 6.45pm at the bright and spacious Coddenham Centre. Led by Kat Lillingston from KFL Yoga, pre and postnatal yoga specialist.
The Coddenham Centre is ideally located between Stowmarket and Ipswich, about a 15 minute drive from both locations.
Course dates are as follows:

- Tuesday 16th June
- Tuesday 23rd June
- Tuesday 30th June
Suitable for those who are 12+ weeks pregnant.
