Two Walks this week for experienced or novice Nordic Walkers who have completed training either with the Suffolk School of Nordic Walking or elsewhere to a British Nordic Walking standard.
We walk weekly in small, fun and socially distanced groups.
Our next Workout Walk will start from the Coddenham Centre at 9.30 am on Monday 26th October. (Approx 5 miles/8 kms)
We shall be walking to Gosbeck Wood via Cooper Road then across Spring Lane to go up to Coddenham Wood, returning to the playing field via The Drift.
The Wellness Walk this Tuesday 27th October will start from the Coddenham Centre at 10am. (approx 3 miles/5kms)
After our warm up, we will walk up The Drift to Coddenham Wood then down to Limekilns, returning past Coddenham House (and a lovely view of Coddenham village) to the playing field for our stretches.
