A word from our newest but now well established activity for 2024.
Hi, my name is Jo and I’d like to welcome you to my yoga classes at the Coddenham Centre.
I personally found yoga about twenty years ago. During this time, I have enjoyed exploring different types of practice.
My classes are based around a slow flow and are suitable for all abilities.
My focus includes Pranyama- breathing techniques, body alignment, some balance, and relaxation.
Yoga has personally helped me through stressful times in my own life.
I am passionate about helping others too.
I have discovered Yoga is a journey with mind, breath, and body connection.
All you need is a mat, please do come along and try a class.
You may also wish to bring blankets, props, cushion etc to aid your practice.
I look forward to meeting you at the Coddenham Centre at 9.30am until 10.30 am, every Saturday from February 3rd.
